Christmas has come and gone, everyone’s back to work and no doubt you’re thinking about whether you go dry for Jan, stop eating carbs, or get back to the gym. Well fear not, eating out is still possible, as throughout January, we’ll be offering a super superfood salad using great seasonal produce including Beetroot, Clementines and Kale. If that’s not your thing, enjoy a dish off our winter menu, full of simply ‘super’ food, from Aubrey Allen Steaks to Spinach and Mushroom Pancakes.
We’ve also been swotting up on being healthy, and that doesn’t mean you have to give up the food you love. Following a balanced diet will help give your body the nutrients it needs. Why not set yourself the challenge of eating your five a day, every day? We work closely with our suppliers to source only the best seasonal produce to ensure you can enjoy a great range, essential for balance in your diet. Our suppliers provide the freshest produce and maintain high ethical standards at all times, so we can ensure you have the pick of the crop each month! Or what about enjoying a fillet of fish? Fish is a great source of minerals and vitamins, and The Food Standards Agency and NHS recommended we should eat a minimum of two portions of seafood a week. Our fish specialists supply only the fish we’d be happy to be served ourselves and you’ll always be sure to find a superb choice of sustainable fish on our menus.
If on the other-hand, you’re participating in the January dryathlon, our range of non-boozy drinks will be right up your street. Whether it’s an Elderflower Belvoir, a bottle of Becks Blue or an Apple Mojito, there really is something for everyone.
So this January, whether it’s salads and soups, or burgers and steaks, we promise to have something tasty! As the rhyme goes “Jack Sprat could eat no fat, his wife could eat no lean, and yet between them both, they licked the platter clean”, and we know you’ll be doing the same with our plates of tasty grub!
