As the seasons change, so does our menu - Peach Pubs

As the seasons change, so does our menu

A new season means a new menu, and with Autumn finally here, we’ve been working closely with our suppliers, to bring you a menu full of the good stuff. We work with some of the best suppliers, ones far more used to supplying Michelin-starred restaurants (and HM The Queen) than market town and village pubs. Our new menu brings us wonderful things – berries and mushrooms, apples and pears, game, pies and hearty slow braises, dishes we’ll know you’ll love and can’t wait for you to enjoy them with us.

We have long-standing relationships with all of our suppliers, who are just as passionate about their ingredients as we are. Award-winning butcher, Aubrey Allen, has been supplying us with grass-fed dry-aged prime beef from the British Isles, free-range Blythburgh pork from Jimmy Butler, Cornish lamb and free-range chicken, all from the very beginning. We pay a little more, but you can definitely tell the difference. Aubrey Allen source all their meat from farmers who have the highest welfare standards and respect for animals, so next time you want to tuck into a tender steak or delicious free-range chicken supreme, choose one of these. For Autumn, you’ll also find Honey-glazed Merrifield Duck Breast on our menus, served with Savoy Cabbage, Smoked Bacon, Puréed Celeriac and Green Peppercorn – be the envy at the dinner table with this flavoursome favourite.

If you’re avoiding meat, we’ve got you covered too. We work closely with Direct Seafoods who have the highest standards of sustainability and respect for the environment, and provide quality seafood from fishermen off our shores. From pan-fried native scallops, to our market fish of the day and haddock fish & chips, our menu, and specials boards will always have plenty of amazing dishes for you to enjoy.

In the mood for pud? We have a great choice of to finish your meal. Our warm chocolate fondant is definately a winner, and our new banoffee cheesecake, or lemon and pistachio polenta cake. We also change our cheeses with the season, served ripe and ready with chutney, biscuits and apple. Award-winning cheeses from Harvey & Brockless and ice creams and sorbets by Salcombe Dairy, a business that’s been making great ice cream for over 40 years!

If it’s just a drink and a few light bites, why not share a few deli plates with friends? Sourdough bread, rapeseed oil and dukkah, halloumi fries, iberico chorizo and our new vegan beetroot falafels with coconut yoghurt.

Our suppliers, our ingredients, our chefs and our hospitality, is what makes a Peach Pub different. Why not pop in and give our new menu a try –  we’re sure you won’t be disappointed.
