We do say this every year, but wow what a year we’ve had!
From new and growing teams, pub awards (Birmingham Food, Drink and Hospitality Awards, Pride of Stratford and Bedfordshire Food and Drink Awards), company awards (Best Employer Award, The National Pub and Bar Awards), new training initiatives and some great team trips and parties, we have a lot to be proud of.
The Peach Heroes tour is our chance to celebrate all of this, as well as talk about our plans for the next 12 months and shout out to our special team heroes. 4 days, 4 pubs, 8 Heroes sessions, 300 Peachy people enthusiastically living the Peach values and Nicolette’s smiley face – what’s not to love!
Peach wouldn’t be Peach without ‘Peaches’, so constantly improving the way we work is important to us. This being said, 2017 means – training adventures, bigger and better Peach parties, more pub and people awards, better systems and a trip to Kenya to further support the Peach Foundation.
And our overall goal for 2017 – ‘Make Life Peachier’ of course!
