Our wonderful team of Chefs at Peach search far and wide to ensure that we always serve the good stuff. We are proud to source the highest quality ingredients for our dishes, something we have always made sure of, and always will. From Aubrey Allen’s finest cuts of Steak, to our Smoked Duck produced with care and attention by our friends at Capreolus, we are always on the look out for those who understand the importance of fresh, quality ingredients.

This Christmas, we have a few special mentions worth sharing:

Valrhona Chocolate

The FermentationNamed for its location in the Rhône Valley, Valrhona has been creating superb chocolate since 1922. The amazing factory shop in Tain L’Hermitage is an essential stop-off on any wine tour of the Northern Rhône. Valrhona have their own cocoa plantations to ensure the raw ingredients they use are the best quality. Their mission is simple, to create unique, artisan quality chocolate with complex, balanced & consistent flavours. We’ve tasted them all & can safely say: “Mission accomplished!” We use Valrhona chocolate in all our chocolate desserts. It’s an extravagance, but what is life without a little luxury?

Grimsby Traditional Smoked Haddock

Their independent family values & traditional practices don’t just resonate with us, Alfred Enderby are also recognised by the Slow Food Movement’s Ark of Taste programme which travels the world singling out small-scale producers who protect our food heritage & diversity.  Their haddock is line-caught in sustainable fisheries and smoked overnight over smouldering wood embers, resulting in a beautiful piece of smoked fish. Every fillet we serve helps to preserve a little bit of our island culture.

Tanner’s Douro in Magnum

This Christmas we have sourced our very popular Douro Red in magnum for a really celebratory feel to your Christmas dinner with friends, family or workmates. Blended especially for Tanner’s of Shrewsbury, an independent family-owned & family-run company who have been importing quality wines since 1842, Tanner’s Douro Red has a lovely juicy black fruit flavour, with herbs & peppery hints. Recently named Decanter magazine’s Must Try Red of the Month, it’s smooth, ripe & a perfect example of why Portuguese wines are coming into their own.
