Permission to press snooze - Peach Pubs

Permission to press snooze

Autumn is now within arm’s reach so what could be better than a cosy overnight stay with us? After a busy day exploring, settle down in a snug corner and warm your cockles with a glass of something special from our award-winning wine list, while indulging in hearty dishes from our Autumn menu.

Whether it’s a family staycation, business trip or simply a night away from the same four walls, our duvets have got you covered. All in fabulous locations for exploring, our rooms come with the bonus of a great pub just a few steps away. There’s also no need to leave your furry friends at home as most of our pubs have at least one dog friendly room.

Our charming pubs with rooms are all in great locations, from the rolling Surrey Hills to quaint Cotswold towns, vibrant cities, and sleepy rural villages. Sit back and watch the world go by while the season of mists and bright airy mornings is upon us.

Explore Oxford

The Bear and Ragged Staff is a historic pub showing off some serious Tudor beauty. Think ancient fireplaces, flagstone floors and mullioned windows with carved lintels. Located in Cumnor village, it’s a stone’s throw from the dreamy spires of Oxford city centre.

Best Bed in Bedfordshire

Built in 1891 and situated on the beautifully-landscaped embankment of the River Great Ouse in Bedford is our namesake pub, The Embankment. Book a room with a view over the river in this late Victorian beauty.

Your Bridge to the Cotswolds

The Fleece overlooks the expanse of Church Green, in the Cotswold town of Witney. It’s the perfect base for exploring the surrounding Cotswolds towns and villages. It’s also not too far from Bicester Village so if you enjoy nature and a bargain or two, this is your place to stay!

Escape to Warwick

The Rose & Crown, our first Peach Pub, sits in the corner of Warwick Market Place. Want to enjoy the literary greats, a castle, miles of canal-side walks and some boutique shopping? Warwick is your town.

Your City Haven

Missing urban adventures? Long to see a city sky line? The High Field Townhouse is our elegant Victorian villa, situated in leafy Edgbaston. It has the best of both worlds: A beautifully refurbished Art Deco building for a tranquil and relaxing, but well connected, stay.

A Classic Village Inn

Located on the pretty High Street of Cranleigh, Surrey. The Richard Onslow boasts heaps of character and makes for the perfect country getaway. Pack your wellies and bring your four-legged friends and enjoy a proper pub experience in England’s most wooded county.

Explore the Rolling Hills of Surrey

Nestled in the heart of the Surrey Hills, you’ll find The Drummond at Albury, a stunning Gastropub that boasts heaps of charm and history, alongside a newly landscaped garden that’s perfectly located next to an enchanting babbling brook.

With 11 newly refurbished rooms, you have a choice of rooms above the pub or across the way in our charming cottage.

We have walks, fisheries and Silent Pool Distillery close by and Guildford is only down the road should you wish to enjoy in some retail therapy. Activities that can all end in you retiring by the fire in our cosy bar.

Whatever your reason to escape this Autumn, let us welcome you.

Prices start from 150.00 and include dinner in the pub, an overnight stay, and a delicious breakfast for two. Find out more about all our pubs with rooms and give us a call to book on 01869 220412 or visit our page.
