We’ve been overwhelmed with the the amazing feedback we’ve received since launching our Peach at Home boxes. Here are some of the lovely comments we’ve been getting;

“That husband of mine outdid himself with the lockdown Valentine’s dinner this year. Unable to book anywhere special, he ordered in an amazing 3 course meal box from @peachpubs #peachathome range which came with everything ready and prepared – all it needed was to be popped in the oven and then put on the plate. Which he did as the designated sexy chef for the evening, whilst I chilled with some champagne. 😄 And it was absolutely gorgeous. Cheese soufflé with walnut pesto, beef Wellington with spinach and dauphinois potatoes and a chocolate fondant with honeycomb. 👌🏻 It also came with some very tasty, very strong cosmopolitans, which went down very well… 😆😄🍸 Topped off with a fantastic Spotify playlist the company put together to go with the meal (which had us up dancing around the living room at one point), there was no detail overlooked. It was so good we decided to make it a regular thing, so I’m really hoping they have date night boxes all year round!” Emma

“Dear Peach, Thank you for the lovely Valentine box – all the items were delicious but particularly the cheese soufflé. I wasn’t sure that such a pre-prepared soufflé would rise, but it was delicious – fluffy and light. The Beef Wellington, dauphinoise potatoes and spinach cooked to perfection following your timings. The chocolate fondant pot turned out beautifully and was gooey inside. It was lovely to be able to enjoy a gourmet meal with so little effort from me, both in preparation and clearing up, and meant that we could enjoy our Valentine’s day instead! “Hi Team, Wanted to let you know how much my husband and I enjoyed our meal – it was truly delicious and felt as close to being in the pub eating, as the circumstances provide. Instructions were easy to follow and to do. The touches you added were thoughtful and fun too. As a non-cheese eater, my request to you is, please look at offering different starters. I made myself a separate smoked salmon starter, while my husband ate the first of his cheese soufflés. Looking at the menus on the site for future Friday’s, this is the one changeable option you could make, that would receive more orders from us. Keep up the good work. Kind regards.” Jo
“Just a quick note to thank you for the superb Valentine’s dinner. The quality and taste of each course was excellent and the additional touches (fresh chives, veal jus, honeycomb sprinkles etc) made for a restaurant quality meal. Beef Wellington wasn’t pink but that didn’t affect the flavour or tenderness. We need to retrain our stomachs to cope with a rich 3 course meal after lockdown! We ate most of our food fresh on the Friday but one chocolate pudding survived until Sunday but was just as good. The little touches show how much thought has gone in to putting together the environmentally friendly box. Candle, matches, petals, playlist (brilliant!) even smarties to remind us of our after dinner coffee. There is no comparison with a supermarket “dine in for…” meal so I think your pricing is fair. Can’t wait to get back to the Brookmans to enjoy the same without the washing up! There wasn’t much to be fair. Stay safe and hope to see you soon. Kind regards” Simon

“Hi, I just wanted to say thank you so much for our amazing valentines box. As I sit here completely but comfortably full I am thinking about the wonderful food I have just eaten. It was all beautifully prepared by my husband, ( who can read instructions but can’t normally cook!) so it was a complete win, win! We’re still sad that we can’t visit you in person but until that time comes again this is a great alternative.
